Core workflow

Records workspace

Racinage is more than a tree. The records workspace gives the family a place for photos, events, projects, financial records, documents, and historical notes.

Use Gallery for family albums and media records. Keep album names simple and group photos by event, branch, or year.

Gallery albums organize family media without mixing it into tree profile photos.

Events

Use Events for reunions, ceremonies, meetings, birthdays, and family milestones. Events help the family see what is coming next and remember what happened before.

The events calendar keeps family dates visible and easy to review.

Projects and finances

Projects track family initiatives. Finances track contributions, expenses, and related records. Keep these entries descriptive enough that another manager can understand them later.

Projects Use for shared plans, family initiatives, building work, ceremonies, or community efforts. Finances Use for wallet records, expenses, and other financial entries tied to family activity.

Documents

Documents are for durable files and official records. Use clear names and descriptions so users can search and understand a file without opening every attachment.

Document records keep important files attached to searchable metadata.

History

History is for timeline entries, family stories, and important moments that should survive beyond chat messages or informal notes.

Use the global search field in the dashboard header to find people and records quickly. When a person result is selected, the tree highlights that person without shifting the interface.
